Pre-Work Discovery: Day Zero
Key stakeholders for your brand complete a Brand Sprint Intake Questionnaire. This helps us get to the heart of what matters without getting delayed by scheduling issues. We'll ask about:

Strategizing: Days 1-4
The magic begins. Speak! analyzes your answers from the Intake Questionnaire plus your website, collateral, demo, and competitors. We then build 4-6 viable brand positioning strategies. Each strategic direction is unique in its own way and provides a sense of what your brand could potentially be known for in its market.
Workshops: Day 5-6
We present our Brand Positioning Strategies to your team via MS Teams or Zoom. Within this free-form workshop, we'll highlight the thinking behind each direction and the risks for each approach. Next, we'll have some open discussion to discuss the pros/cons of the options and "eliminate" 1-2 positioning strategies.

In a second workshop (75-90 minutes), we rally around one positioning direction and finalize a brand strategy framework.

Speak! crafts the brand story. We come up with 100+ bad ideas until we get dialed in on one that sizzles. We rigorously pursue the exact words to describe what your product is, who it’s for, the problem it solves, and the value it delivers. On Day 9, we workshop it with you — refining copy in a live, interactive Figma presentation.

Will you interview internal stakeholders or customers?
No. We don't do this as part of our 2-week Brand Story Sprint because it would be cost prohibitive and extend the schedule to be two or three months.
Instead, we gather the necessary input through our intake questionairre and workshops.
Does the Brand Story Sprint include visual identity?
We offer art direction and visual identity services for an added fee. We have developed visual identities for many clients, with the final deliverable being a brand book.
Who needs to be involved in the process?
This depends on the size of your company. In general, we find the most productive workshop sessions have 4-5 stakeholders plus our team.
For the initial pre-work (Intake Quesitonairre), we welcome broader participation.
Can't I do this on my own?
